Who is the Justice and Mercy Foundation?

The Justice and Mercy Foundation was established in June of 2010 by Tim Heffer, Lead Pastor of Hidden Creek Community Church in Olympia, Washington.  “The Justice and Mercy Foundation developed as a natural expression of a transformation God was bringing about at Hidden Creek Community Church. We are learning what it means to not only declare the great news about Jesus, but to demonstrate his love for humanity in tangible ways.”


The Justice and Mercy Foundation is a Christ-based non-governmental organization (NGO) registered as a non-profit corporation in the Washington State and is an approved 501(c)(3) by the IRS.


Today the Justice and Mercy Foundation serves alongside partners and volunteers across the Untied States and around the world to help people discover a better way to live through the pursuit of biblical justice and mercy.
